So, Elon is running one of his Twitter polls asking whether he should step down as chief twit. It would probably provide more damage control if he asked them (us?) whether he should step down as CEO of Tesla. The value destruction there is like Twitter times ten.

The mentally ill owner and CEO was cheering on a rambling tweet today from Dmitry Medvedev. Aside from being ideologically aligned, the deciding factor was probably the 2023 forecast that “Elon Musk’ll win the presidential election in a number of states which, after the new Civil War’s end, will have been given to the GOP”

I can’t say that I’d ever heard of the guy before, but then he shows up today on the front page of a Norwegian newspaper for being arrested for rape, abduction, and such things. Which seems to fit his profile pretty well.

I hadn’t heard of him either. But after seeing the latest news I think I might have misjudged him!

I guess part of the story is that he was banned from the major social media platforms this summer, only to be unbanned on Twitter by Elon, since “free speech!”

We now know that Putin didn’t want the west to help because we’d find out that Russian submarines are made from old baked-bean tins held together with Chinese-made superglue.
