The UK has had a history of favoring Muslims over Jews. During the British mandate they had strict quotas for Jewish immigration to Palestine. The British Mandate armed the Arabs while disarming Jews and preventing Jews fleeing the holocaust from immigrating to Palestine (currently called Israel and formerly called Israel 1,886 years ago). You reap what you sow.
