That's quite a comprehensive list of possible factors
I was/am afflicted by two of them: physical effort (I was climbing long hours at a fast pace, to the verge of collapsing) and I have something the doctors called "thin blood" when I was a child and often experienced nose bleeding (my blood doesn't clot properly - it's hereditary, but it's not haemophilia; it also seems to subside in us with age, but - as you can see - doesn't completely go away).
Anyway, if anyone wants some salsa, let me know here. It's in large (25 oz) sealed bottles; it's not expensive but hard to get in Europe. If you are in London, you can pick up from me in Limehouse, Marylebone or Canary Wharf at particular days and times.
Outrun, I developed ptosis in one eye from wearing contact lenses and have to glasses now.
