Transgender wrestler wins second straight Texas girls' high school title
Beggs is in the process of transitioning from female to male and taking a low-dose of testosterone.
It was his steroid therapy treatments while wrestling girls that stirred a fierce debate about competitive fairness and transgender rights last season. It’s been a lot quieter since last year when his march to a state championship was dogged by a last-minute lawsuit that tried to stop him.
Beggs had asked to wrestle in the boys’ division, but the rules for Texas public high schools require athletes to compete under the gender on their birth certificate.

trans-black woman on british tv
Phillip ended the interview by stating: "Race and colour is much more than skin deep."
Phillip is correct: if you have white skin but identify as black, then black you are. And vice versa

I'd remind Phillip of the old song: "If you can judge a man by the color of his skin, then mister you're a better man than I"
update: she wants a baby

Until very recently, bigots viewed gender dysphoria as a mental disorder.
It seems that transracial people still face that same bigotry.
You wouldn't label a man who identifies as a woman as having a mental disorder (or maybe you would).
We had a story recently about the Church of England offering something like a baptism service for transgendered people to celebrate their new identity, so it comes as no surprise that a transblack person would undergo a similar rite.
And no one bats an eyelid when transgendered people undergo plastic surgery

Prisons to get transgender wings in UK
the transgenders didn't find that acceptable for bathrooms so I'm not sure they'll find it acceptable for prisons.

I usually hold that back until most other explanations have been ruled out.
