It's funny, when I turned up the speakers I could hear both Yenny and Laurel at higher and lower pitch, respectively.

the UK may follow Norway and turn off FM radio
FM Radio faces Government switch-off as Digital listening passes 50% milestone
I assume it's like digital TV, you need less spectrum to broadcast digital so you can sell the freed-up spectrum to cellphone companies.
I use the 8-track in my car more than the radio anyway
