QuoteOriginally posted by: DominicConnorDD3, they are obliged to hand over any information that they have, this can get bloody if they claim to have 'lost' it.One bank lost a vast pile of cash because it 'lost' personal information and the courts decided this was on purpose.sounds scarydoes it mean people rejected at interviews can ask HR departments for their internal written review?

does it mean people rejected at interviews can ask HR departments for their internal written review?A lot depends on where the interview was held.Almost everywhere other than the USA, the answer is simply yes. There is also the messy area of discrimination legislation where you can demand all sorts of data.
