Aussie degrees in America

Hi AllIm new to this quality website and am looking for a bit of advice. I am a young student who has completed a double Commerce and Laws degree and am not far off finishing a Masters of Applied Finance specialising in valuation and derivatives. My Comm/Law degree is from University of Sydney and Masters from Macquarie. I have 6 months work experience in an investment bank and im looking to relocate to the USA. I have an American passport, but my concern is that my degrees will be worth next to nothing on Wall St and i wont be able to compete with others going for top jobs. My marks in my degrees are very strong and i have some good trading floor experience. Do i need an MBA to be seriously considered at the top institutions? would just a CFA be sufficiently better? Do hedge funds and IB's put heavy emphasis on the MBA specifically? I would not be disinclined to do one, although i have been at uni for quite some time now and want to start making $$$$. if i was to go back i'd be more incline to do a PhD anyway. Just worried about how the quality of my degrees will be percieved in the USA relative to top MBA competition.Any advice will be greatly appreciated.Cheers.
