Log in = Logged out: Repeat ad infinitum

November 4th, 2025, 2:36 pm

Hello Admins, Liberals, Loberals, and others,

This morning, I noticed that someone here reported having log in problems for many months (until recently).

I am aware of at least one other person who can log in, but no matter what area of the Forum is clicked next, is automatically logged out.

Experiments were done to see if any of the Forums would work, or the User Profile page, or..., etc.

But no: Log in - Click anywhere - Get logged out.

An interesting existential game.  Does one keep trying? Engage in (non)violent protests? Find another forum (RIP NP ;'( ) Assume new identit(y/ies)?

Is it a technical glitch? Perhaps one that only affects people who like mocha almond ice cream, racing yachts, and polo in New England?

What kind of a Liberal is that!?

In any case, we wish you all happy holidays and a prosperous Fed-funded New Year!

Chess quiz: List several ways you can achieve a cosmic checkmate with the Horsehead (Knight) Nebula.

This is a test to see if my log in issue has been fixed.

I believe so and thanks to admin (with one platinum nugget) for the effort!
