EURUSD

Anyone remember the lampooning of the late Wim Duisenberg in the press when EURUSD reached the low 80s. Is Trichet not a genius by the same criterion and how does it reflect on Bernanke??

At bull market peaks, people are celebrated. At bear market bottoms, people get castrated. It's the same psychology over and over

When Trichet took over from Duisenberg EURUSD was already at 1.20 approximately...

Sure but don't recall a revision of the view on Duisenberg that was initially given in the Anglo-Saxon press. Who will history judge more kindly Greenspan or Duisenberg?

Parity feels about right - and keeps life simple. And if we can throw in cable too, so much the better.

Hey guys. How are the bets right now. how long will keep the USD strenght? What  do you guys think will it be the EURUSD lowest level. In my base scenario I do not think it will go to parity.
