It's very easy to forget the names of mathematicians especially if you didn't know them in the first place, especially ML where some (not all) think Marvin Minsky is the inventor of mathematics.
Mmmh...I just saw that my thesis director has an entry here. Should I input my name too ? I do confess that, being French, this genealogy tree is to me a lttlie bit awkards, as it looks like a little bit to this tree ...

They say that almost everyone alive is descended from Charlemagne. And therefore from Pipin the Short. Why does he not get a mention?

small typo
It seems that I am rewarding the valourous hound of Ulster with the same stubborn typo as for Nicholson, sorry for that. Corrected !
That's a much bigger faux-pas!

The motto of my home town is Mé do rug Cú Chulainn cróga. And every year they organise this in my back garden. Since I have grazing rights from 1887 I let them use my back garden for the celebrations. I built my own well there. Every year they stick flag poles into it....
