"A simulation has programmed challenges that you can’t avoid and some randomness that just happens by chance. We don’t know which one is which. But it doesn’t matter. We just gotta make the best out of what we have. We still have to take life seriously. But it takes all the pressure away. Whenever you face a new challenge, know that it’s just part of the simulation. And you just need to make the best out of it."

hope u all feel better from your crypto losses, it is just a simulation...

No, this guy is good. He just put forth the best argument for crypto, NFT, blockchain, etc that I’ve seen. We live in a simulation and, borrowing words from Freddy Mercury, nothing really matters!

His argument is standard.

I think that if you are an accountant in Slough --- apologies, I should say that if your truth is that you are an accountant in Slough [I'm combining identity politics and simulations. You're welcome.] --- then you aren't in a simulation. If you are Obama, a Kardashian, or Charles Manson, or me, then you are.

Having said that, in my one foray into SecondLife I built an avatar that was the only fat, bald person there. Everyone else had wings, was tall and slim. But being an accountant was one step too far.

I like this simulation. It's the only one with steak.

I have been looking back at the CBOE aspect of the crypto story -

For example: CBOE and CoinRoutes - Indices - announcement in Feb 2021.

How did we get where we are today?  Every legitimizing step like this.
