For Image Processing I have been using CImg it is simple and has a smooth learning curve. I recomend it The latest version does plotting too.

I have not tested that kind of graphs you mention. Please check the CImg samples. CImg is the the core underlying Gmic, wich is a great program that does much, but really much more than photoshop and other comercial related products. It has many contributors from all over the world, even better it is 101% free. You can follow the creator David Tschumperlé in g+, he is a french guy as friendly as Tagoma. I will post in the CImg Forum your question and wait for his answer.

QuoteOriginally posted by: outrunSure.I'm never going there again. The Tao of Ace is to stuff Orb up their ass. I've never seen something as crazy as that. When I was a trader the stock exchange wasted 30mln on this! The software project was abandoned after 3 years of trying to get it to work. Was that Euri or Guilders?Orbs were hype in the 90s. I also heard of a project that tried to build a uniform interface on top of (D)COM and Cobra. It was a horror story.Your example is a classic example of failed project management, I reckon the decision makers had a non-technical background? Happens _all_the_time_. And maybe no one knew how to do it, really. And there is no one in the team with the cojones to pull the plug on the project. it's a management error big time. // At a low-level, ACE is miles ahead of C++11 Concurrency which has no concurrent ADTS, networking, or higher-level patterns.

Top 10 reason for project failure I guess 1,3,5,7 and 10 are sources of project risk in general. And 6..... developers are optimists. "Dat doen we even"Sadly, many projects fail before a single line of code has been written.

Ah jo, what's 40 million, peanuts. I think that project would have failed even without TAO. QuoteIn december 1995 was het basisontwerp afgerond. In maart volgden de detailontwerpen. Momenteel zit men midden in het bouwjaar. Reading between the lines here one sees why this project failed. See Ed Yourdon's book "Death March", for example.
