A complete non sequitur, but for the ballroom dancers among us...

Some people not far from here discovered the term "Lindy" a while ago and are now applying it to everything under the sun!

But here is a different manifestation of vitality, mortality, and endurance - the Lindy Hop - and as you can see, throwing it around here is fun! Enjoy!

(And thanks to admin for fixing YouTube direct link functionality - this is wonderful! May you live long and prosper!)

Sorry for bringing this back on topic. If, actually a pretty big if, the idiot can find any lawyers to lie for him, the lie that he wants them to offer is that he actually won the election and therefore ordering the mob to enter the Capitol to stop the confirmation of Biden was his prerogative. Killing a few people in the process — oh, well, whatever. It wasn’t me. Of course, Republicans in the Senate will be completely comfortable signing off on the fact that Trump won the election, and that this whole inconvenience is just that. Nothing to see here, move along!

We still have resolve the staging difficulties inherent in a production of Ibsen's Peer Gynt'; 'Do it on the radio' is just not good enough.

Marjorie Taylor Greene for president! She is the embodiment of all GOP morals and reflects all GOP facts. She makes Trump look like the weak sissy boy loser he is, just from a different perspective.

The key to good programming is generalization:
In that spirit, here is a template for everybody, regardless of party preference:

[Some-Wacko] for president!
[He/She] is the embodiment of all [Idiot-Party] morals and reflects all [Idiot-Party] facts.
[He/She] makes [Idiot-President] look like the weak sissy boy loser he is, just from a different perspective.

Programming notes: obvious changes after we have a first woman president, idiot or not.  :D

I agree with the spirit of generalization (unless it involves C++ templates), but struggle to think of any other suitable instantiations of this particular class.

Admittedly, her posted fact that California fires were started by Jewish space lasers may be right. That’s about as reasonable as Trump’s stated fact that the problem was that Californians didn’t sweep the forest floor clean of flammable matters. And the GOP can’t all be wrong, right?

So the former murderer in chief will probably survive his plight of utterly idiot lawyers (the only kind he can afford), just because 40-some senators fear for their lives if they cross him.

That won’t be a problem when he is tried for treason though, will it? Seems like impeachment is pretty much all sound and fury.
