You'd land on the sex register only if it was a pro-Brexit demonstration ;-)
Seriously, while I understand the rhetoric of Ukrainian Фемен, who actually have to fight for the international media attention, here it's plain exhibitionism. BTW, I'm the same frustrated in the summer when I see guys walking around with bare chests - I'm sweating too, but I can't do that.

You've just given the solution. Just write "E" and "U," one on each. Or "Public" and "Vote." Depending on the, er, size. Or if they are unbalanced then "Guy" on one and "Verhofstadt " on the other.

One might have thought that decades of British mass tourism to continental beaches where toplessness is practically de rigueur would have lessened the shock value of a pair of boobs, but evidently not. Is Brexit really just about mastophobia and a quest for a return to Victorian public morals?

I think the decades of browsing certain websites have skewed your view. No, it isn't de rigeur. The Germans like naturalism, but for example Poles don't. Going topless isn't a default in many Catholic EU countries, either.

There isn't any correlation, I think.

And what word would you put on you?

I'm a man, FYI. I thought you said topless was ok for guys. Have the rules changed again in the last couple of hours? It's a full-time job keeping track.

or

"If you watched Mary Poppins as a child, you might quickly think of supercalifragilisticexpialidocious (thirty-four letters). Mary Poppins described it as the word to use “when you have nothing to say.” It appears in some (but not all) dictionaries. "

Here is a child’s nursery rhyme for you:

There was a little girl
Who had a little curl
Right in the middle of her forehead

When she was good,
She was very, very good
And when she was bad
She was horrid.

:D

My hair is straight (no curls) but the rest applies completely.

Noted that your hair is quite curly....

It's curlier that usual today :-(

What words do you think Trump could write on this hands? Would "national" and "emergency" fit in?
