MAGA
2020

Btw lots of candidates starting to declare or make exploratory noise here.

It will be a very full field and a very, very long campaign cycle.

I was merely responding to a question from the lovely Catastrophe.

Back to Brits!

I watched part of Lawrence of Arabia in a luxe bar a few night ago.

A model for Brexit.

“The Oxonians do not carry water.”

Etc.

Here is a child’s nursery rhyme for you:

There was a little girl
Who had a little curl
Right in the middle of her forehead

When she was good,
She was very, very good
And when she was bad
She was horrid.

:D

My hair is straight (no curls) but the rest applies completely.

Noted that your hair is quite curly....
I always thought the Mae West version of that rhyme had a deeper truthfulness.

No, the model for Brexit is this scene from L of A:

So far, things seem to play out well for Ukrainians. I've been getting back in touch with my УПА friends lately and they are rooting in, starting and growing businesses, girls getting married with British guys (not all Ukrainian woman are crazy). While many Poles are going back home. From the perspective of the British, it will look like a little reshuffling.

Both the real Lawrence and the actor were both Irish. The blue eyes are a clear giveaway. Britons have brown eyes.

I guess we don't have a lot of Aussies around here these days, but the notion of your friends rooting in could be deliberately misconstrued. Although the follow-up question would be rooting in what?

Choosing scenes from a biopic of TEL as model for Brexit is a little anxiety inducing. A renown masochist with a self destructive streak a mile wide....

I think Nigel Farage is OK. At least he pays a round of drinks. Not like some who sneak to the rest room.
Omg just looked on wiki .. NF is 12 years younger than I. I don't believe it.

Oh, there are plenty of pictures of NF laughing, or talking, or emoting.

But exactly - see the revolutionary fervor in Che's eyes...

and on the other hand....

Well I looked a bit deeper and we can go with this one:
