Good for them!!! People write songs about such things!!

I struggle to think of any songs about following other people's rules. Oh, wait, of course there's:

Never ceases to chill.

It's only a song.  You are obssessed. I used to sing German songs in German on stage in the 60s (to thunderdous applause) but TBH I preferred Rogers and Hammerstein.

We learned it at summer school in Donegal.

BTW does BREXIT have an anthem yet?

Of course, we can feel sympathy with the people of Houston, which is a highly diverse city and went to Biden with a 13 point margin over the loser. They are subject to the total Texas mismanagement of Greg Abbot and other religious Republican wingnuts from elsewhere in the state.

So Republican assholes (sorry for the redundancy) all over the country are currently hell bent on curtailing voting rights for black, brown, and otherwise unworthy people, lest they vote for the enemy. This can, realistically, only be fought on the national level. The spirit of Jim Crow is far too strong in large swaths of flyover country, not to mention the South. So we need to eliminate the senate filibuster. Like, now.

“Sidney Powell argues in new court filing that no reasonable people would believe her election fraud claims.”

She is right, of course. The only people who believed her were 70 million Republicans.

I don't know the law of it, but it does seem like a strange court filing. So, by her logic, you can accuse a company of anything as long as it is outlandish enough? Say I accuse H&G Bakery of making gingerbread cookies out of kidnapped children? OK?

I would hope so. That's why the lizard people, HM The Queen, etc.,  who run the world cannot sue.
