Anyone who does karate (and especially boxing) can't be all bad. Bad eggs last about 2 sessions in these clubs.

The DPM’s conduct cannot be characterised as offensive, malicious or insulting. It was experienced as intimidating, in the sense of excessively demanding. I could not make a finding as to whether it was in fact intimidating in this sense. There was no evidence to suggest any abuse or misuse of power.

Few months ago I ordered a coffee in a particular train station I had never before been in; on bad service I tend to become very direct; when I had paid the manager came up to me and said she didn't want me anymore as customer.
