I dunno. They said they don't want a no deal too many times to accept this scenario now, IMHO.

But things change quickly.
It's self-infllcted.
Nothing has changed.

Brexiteers are hoisted with their own petard.
I would say politicians, all politicians. They've chosen the best person to negociate Brexit (if not why not someone else?) who negociated the best conditions (if not why not something else?). The parliament had no move, they had to accept it. They didn't and you are in trouble but they knew it in advance. No excuse for them.
yes, 2 years of HOT AIR.

Cuch has reached that age when he wants to be nannied. He actually already wears adult diapers but you can't see them in those judo photos because of the baggy trousers! (I'll be joining you soon, Cuch!)

You intend taking up judo? Very good.

I can think of worse things than being nannied. Keeps me off the streets.

Diapers .. good market at Jonesborough that's on BBC each night these days.

Taking up? I'm a yellow belt! Haven't done it for 45 years but the suit still fits.

Why pick on me? There are easier ones.
Next time In London I'll bring Paul to the Budokwai for a try-out, yes?

Brown. I am going for my black belt this year for the first time but by kata (BTW one guy in the above foto got two gold medals in Munich 1972). I was all-Irish university champion in 1974 when blue belt for which I got a "Pink" (like Samuel Beckett) from Trinity College.

BTW this is what I have to learn, gonosen kata with this guy (my trainer Rob). You have to get it right, But even now I prefer randori.

BTW have I much of a chance against Paul? I can use tactics like saying "JC for PM" while I have him in an armlock. Put him off his guard.

Believe it or not I was brown (but 2 kyu). I'm not sure if it was well deserved, because I've never done more than 30 proper push ups! (my physique and personality must have gotten mismatched at the ensoulment stage :-)) I cat do all the moves with up to 2 kg weights attached to my wrists and ankles though, so I'm not that weak. Thin bones are a serious limitation imho - muscles have nothing to stick to.

Farid,
I stopped including fotos shortly after my beard started to go grey and I needed spectacles.
