I you intend to work in ALM or risk management, especially in London, no hesitation as for the Dauphine courses: go for either the DEA or DESS (this particular DEA tends to be quite "professional", and quite focused on portfolio management for a couple of years), the other courses (especially with a name quite particular to France, as far as the LMD new format is concerned) are not really recognized abroad. Moreover, you will be able to boast courses with prominent professors, do some research... Still, everything depends on your horizon, obviously. If you are really attached to the magistere, maybe you can negotiate (having met the dean of the 104 for an entry this fall, I can tell that she is very nice and could possibly arrange this if there is not much overlap)hope this helps
