Printing direction

Something I was thinking about :this site gives us choice between "newest message top" or "newest message bottom" when we read threads on screen.but when we read a text on paper, we usually read from top to bottom, first page to last page.so it would be great (IMHO) if printer friendly version of threads appear with "newest message bottom".what do you think about that ?

Hi,The forum already has this... unless I am misunderstanding your post.Every thread has a printer icon at the top or bottom right hand side (see image). Clicking on this icon gives you a printable version containing all of the messages in the chosen thread with the order of presentation set according to your profile settings.RegardsJames

My point was that we need two different settings :one "newest on top" to read on-screenone "newest on bottom" to print on paper an interesting thread (when we ask the printer friendly version)Rgds,

I doubt that we can do this in the near future. I will mention it to the makers of the Forum, but they need to receive many requests for new features before they are added. Thanks for you input though.James

I think you can do it by being logged in or not & your private settings.

When you are logged in choose 'profile' from the forum menu and then choose the 'personal options' tab; you can choose order of display in here...James
