QuoteOriginally posted by: unkpathwhere are you? If you are in the US, try selling your stuff on amazon. Books sell very well, especially mainstream textbooks and anything related to quantitative finance. It is great, you get access to a truly global market. Have you actually done it? My impression is that you need to set up an account with amazon as an independent seller, and pay them a monthly fee for the service.Once you do that, my understanding is that you needn't be in the US.

The fee is a percentage on the sale of your book, not a monthly fee, and you don't have to sell in US. There are other national Amazon websites, and you can specify whether you will dispatch your book abroad.
