Tradesports and Binary Options

I saw in Tradesports, under presidential elections, there are contracts "BUSH.ELECTORAL+300", etc and contract "BUSH.ELECTORALVOTES". Think can trade it like binary options and "BUSH.ELECTORALVOTES" as the underlying?

From what I've seen, all the contracts on Tradesports are binary, essentially classical Arrow-Debreu securities. You can make binary spreads, buying BUSH.ELECTORALVOTES and selling BUSH.ELECTORAL+300 to get paid if Bush get between 270 (to win) and 300 electoral votes. In this case the 270 is understood.
