hmmmm the LSE name is better but the course at Kings looks quite good, how should i decide?

I think that's exactly the point, in my humble opinion what you study matters more than the name of the institution. It also depends on what you want to do afterwards. If you would like a job where you do regressions of the macroeconomic data, then go fo the LSE. But if you'd like a career in quant/trading/risk management, it certainly gotta be King's. I think the main alternative at LSE would have been the MSc in Risk and Stochastics, however that program seems to be heavily focused on the insurance business.

I dont know about your interests and other factor, but certainly LSE NAME will be stamped on you and it is a life time earnings...and all big companies want brand names....obviusly everybody studies hard at Kings and LSE..so most of us are on same (almost) knowledge wise....QuoteOriginally posted by: JamesH83hmmmm the LSE name is better but the course at Kings looks quite good, how should i decide?
