You have to specify a sub-sector of the industry here. As any professional in any field from construction to medicine, good headhunters work in their niches and are not omnivorous.Also, what is "good" for you - diverse entry-level or targeted high-level? I think you need to first come clean about your intentions before you can get meaningful advice.
