I don't know what kind of rates a foreign student must adhere to if studying in the U.S., but student loan rates are at the lowest point ever right now in the States, around 4%. It is definitely a good time to stay in school or go back to school for any American student, or any student for that matter.

Is 4% for all loans? I'm coming across a whole bunch of variables like LIBOR, T-bills etc. Is there any way of predicting how these things move? IS that a more important criteria than say the lender or fees?Could anyone (any university!) give me some leads for this?I will be extremely grateful for any input.ThanksA
