Thanks for the info, but I'm more interested in programs that firms have in place. While general programs are a good way to try and market yourself, I figure that firms have much more specific systems in place that address specific skills of knowledge that they're interested in and I'm a lot more interested in that aspect.I know that a lot of funds have been getting larger and are increasingly looking for recent grads to fill junior-level roles, so I'm assuming that these firms have to put programs in place to train these people. I doubt that most firms would expect an undergrad to survive without a little bit of hand-holding and some of what I've heard seems to corroborate this line of thought. Am I wrong here, are there no funds that provide any training?
