Hedge Fund Training

Anyone know if any funds have training programs in place? I've heard of a few places that offer some training, but it would be interesting to hear how common these programs are and what kind of things they cover.

Hedge Fund Training

Thanks for the info, but I'm more interested in programs that firms have in place. While general programs are a good way to try and market yourself, I figure that firms have much more specific systems in place that address specific skills of knowledge that they're interested in and I'm a lot more interested in that aspect.I know that a lot of funds have been getting larger and are increasingly looking for recent grads to fill junior-level roles, so I'm assuming that these firms have to put programs in place to train these people. I doubt that most firms would expect an undergrad to survive without a little bit of hand-holding and some of what I've heard seems to corroborate this line of thought. Am I wrong here, are there no funds that provide any training?
