Barberis and Thaler wrote quite a good survey chapter on behavioural finance - it is downloadable at http://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm? ... _id=327880, and has lots of references.

Has anyone read either Games and Decisions or Utility of Gains and Losses: Measurement - Theoretical and Experimental Approaches by R. Duncan Luce? If so which would you recommend? My hunch is that Games and Decisions is not quite as technical as what I'm looking for, and I am unable to find any information about Utility of Gains and Losses. Thanks,Bill

James Montier's book should be quite good as an introduction, judging from his research papers
