Finding a flat in London?

April 5th, 2005, 11:02 am

Any tips on how to find a studio/1 bedroom flat to rent in London? I'm going to be working in the City so any help on good areas for that would also be appreciated. What rent is reasonable (for an entry level City salary)? Also if anyone's interested in sharing a flat let me know.

Too high or too low?Location: Liverpool StHow important is peace & quiet ? 3How much do you want to avoid rough areas ? 7How Trendy ? 7Green ? 5Want to walk to work ? 7Want to park your car ? 1 (no car)What time do you expect to start/finish ? 7am-7pm, worst case I suppose.

7pm, worst case? Welcome to London, my son! In the beginning maybe but normally after 7pm is the time to sort out the daily fuck-ups.
