Hi there,I have heard some negative comments abouts the trading division (equities derivatives) of Exane based in Paris, and especially that junior people are not well trained in trading and sales in this company. I am surprised because they have received many awards in equity research and have created a solid partnership with BNP Paribas.Do you have any info about the level of complexity of the options they trades? Do they have team working on structured/exotics products like their peers of BNP Paribas? Is it a good place for a junior? If not, what's the reason why? Thanks a lot for any feedback!
