Have you ever encountered this?

No, the graduate thing is not the main business. The core is experienced hires. However of course people wanting their first job is a big group, and one sees more of this.I don't think anyone specialises in grduate recruitment, I can't see how you could run such a business.

DCFC:Yes, he told me to get the drug test done as quickly as possible so that he can get the paperwork done and send them over to the Client. Anyways, I dont have a grudge or something against this HH, Life is too short to have grudges against people. But I am just cursing myself and my luck. It was a very good company and so I pounced on it and put in a lot of effort. I am leaning towards the theory that they might have got better resumes, which they want to do first.I guess my search goes on again.regards,

I'm not sure there is anything to grudge the HH about, it's bad luck, and from what you say may not be over yet; though of course you're wise to restart looking.Anyone else been asked to do a drug test before they ha an interview ?

NO. The drug test and background check was done after the Interview NOT before the interview. Yeah, I am hoping that they come back again. But anyways. I will keep on looking. But if they tell me to wait for another six months, then I am willing to wait. It is such a good company.
