It would be nice if you specified the name of the position or the group. "I have an exam in Math tomorrow! Do you know what will be covered? It's a freshman class"BTW does GM have a strong connection with GMAC?

where is the job based? i assume u will be interviewing for GMAC-RFC as it is a MBS analyst role?do you know who you are interviewing withif u haven't already done so I would advise you to read their most recent filings

anyhow i would expect some questioning on the time value of money and cash flow discounting.they may ask how familiar u r with industry terms like prepayment rates, loss severity, prob of defaults, credit enhancement, weighted average margins, weighted average coupons etc, excess spread/deffered consideration, etc . i would expect some questions on the latest developments in the market particularly the impact of the GM downgrade, or otherwise it is a question u should ask them.
