Job Prospect

Anybody knows if one gets a master's degree in financial math, for example, from Courant Institute of Math, or University of Chicago, what is the job prospect? I am trying to make decision whether to switch to FE with a PHD in mathematics. Any information will be extremely valuable. Many thanks in advance!
