Anybody knows the job placement statistics of University of Chicago financial math master program? I looked at their course description for three quarters, seems not a tremendous amount of work.Appreciate any feedbacks.

not very promising, i would say. their career office does nothing. if you want to find a job you got to work hard by yourself.but their courseload is pretty heavy compared with those B-school oriented FE programs

I second that. Career office is oriented towards undergrads, and iscompletely useless for people in finmath program. There isn'tany help with the placement from the program people either.Finding the job is up to you.

I Checked UC Berkeley's employment report. Seems they have the most promising program. These statistics can hardly be found from any other universities/institutions with FE/FM programs. http://haas.berkeley.edu/MFE/employment.html

I think most programs, if not housed in the business school, will not have a very good connection with the career services. Most of the non-bschool programs usually will have instructors with a decent network of colleagues/ex-colleagues.
