Most of the associates(summer) I know are earning 95kUSD(at least in NY and tokyo). Not sure of London. I'm assuming summer associates = associates in terms of pay.

I just wanted to add my 2 cents. I'm in the CMU Comp. Finance program, and I'll be interning for a bulge bracket bank in NYC as a summer associate (fixed income derivatives), with a base salary of 95k. I have 4 yrs work experience in engineering. This seems typical for our program, given a minimum two yrs. experience.

I have 4 yrs work experience in engineering. Another of my classmates has 0 work experience, but also got hired for the same group. Most people coming out of our program have at least 1 or 2 yrs. experience, and since we are housed in the business school, we get recruited almost exclusively for associate positions. What is the housing stipend like?

The stipend isn't huge...it just covers travel to NY plus helps with the first month's rent.
