Structured products group at ABN

ABN Nordic (Alfred Berg) is known to pay a small bonus compared to other IBs. Earlier this year they lost a lot of key personell due to this. I don't know if this is a philosophy throughout the ABN company.

regarding quants, structurers & traders what product does ABN have market presence (i.e. top 5 in deals/trades executed in EU/US/ASIA)??and how are their credit derivs structuring/trading desks viewed in the city?
