hi guys, I have finished my masters in finance and i am currently doing my CFA level 1 and i was wondering where can i find some cheap programming courses like c++ and vba in london most of the courses cost a fortune.

You need a copy of Spotlight, a thick book of all courses offered by colleges and evening classes. The courses are much cheaper than commercial ones, but often over subscribed.
