Hello, everyoneI am trying to find a good introductory (but not "too introductory") book on auction theory. Amazon.com gives these books as first choices:1) Auction Theory by Vijay Krishna2) An Introduction to Auction Theory by Flavio M. Menezes and Paulo K. Monteiro3) Putting Auction Theory to Work (Churchill Lectures in Economics) by Paul Milgrom 4) Auctions: Theory and Practice (The Toulouse Lectures in Economics) by Paul Klemperer and some others...I will be very thankful for any recommendations (not necessarily limited to the list above).Thank you,V
