I never heard about citadel before I started in the hedge fund business. Sorry Hedge fund spels hedge fun I think.

it's no problem for rankings. after all if nobody knows it (apart from citadel) one of the reasons can be they are small in terms of personel, which probably means the probablity of you working for them is already small in the first place, so you have to tolerate non exhaustivity.

In addition, we should distinquish between working for to working with (let say, someone with excellent bid/ask and/or superb information).

let's say firms you have either worked for or have friends working for them, not firms you trade with necessarily.
