SHL Online Screening Test

Hi everyone,I recently apply for a company, and I am asked to take an online ability screening test writtenby SHL Solutions. (website: www.shl.com) Has anyone experienced the test before?I go to the corp page and it looks like there are two sections: numerial and verbal. For thosewho have taken similar test either with SHL or other HR company, can you share you experienceby describing the level of question difficulity or areas that I need to pay attention to?Thanks for your help and input!

Yes I took those SHL testsNumerical test is at high school level, but you need to be really quick. Mainly charts and data tables, percentages, stuff like that, really nothing to worry about, just hurryFor verbal test, you've got short texts to read (about 10 lines each), then some statements, and you have to decide whether they're true, false or "cant decide". Not that easy for foreigners, but should be pretty easy if you're an english speaker. You have plenty of time to complete that one.good luck

aside from the shl website does anyone know of a good link which does practice SHL type tests..any banks which have practice tests on their website????

It is really simple so I don't think it's very representative of tests later in their recruitment.URL: www.csfbcampusrecruiting.com

SHL usually gives simple practical questions before the real test. At least several times, I found I couldn't understand the first question once I entered the real test! That sucks...
