I think if people really put true compensation, we will figure out what is "fair value" you are suppose to make.the format isquant experience(Years), Company, Region, title, base salary, Bonusfor example,1.5 year, Morgan Stan , NY, Quant Strategist, 120,000, 45,000And I will creat a spreedsheet for all the people support this survey.
