I would like to know if someone has a pdf or some references to trend indicator book and how to handle them.I mean, let's take the example of MACD. I would like to have a text that explains to me what it is and how to use it with some backtesting result. I mean , I know how to calculate most of the trend//cycle iindicators. However, I have no finance felling for how to use them.
