Nope. Most people who have traded with me say I am a nice guy. I've even been called a "gentleman," whatever that is.

QuoteOriginally posted by: ks2006TraderJoe, do you have a gentle, friendly streak in you????Sorry ks. Just got through watching that documentary "The Smartest Guys in the Room" about Enron. Featured taped conversations between energy traders as they schemed and plotted to take down half of California's power supply purely to make a profit ("we just made half a billion for Enron" & "burn baby burn"). They also increased energy prices so much that elderly people died who could not afford to pay to keep their air con running. Plenty of surplus power to be had (45,000 MW when the state required around 35,000 MW). Deregulation in CA which Lay lobbied Cheney for meant that there was no cap on energy prices (and when pressed, Bush refused to cap prices!!). Funny to see Skilling get a pie in the face by a protestor. (Almost as good as seeing Gates get one a few years ago - before he decided to hire minders to follow him around everywhere). Friendly streak in this world? You must be joking mate! Possibly in the next. Wise up.
