masters degree

any suggestions on how to apply for good masters programs, expecially in the US, having worked in trading for about 2 years..? main problem being getting recommendations..eventhough most can be from undergrad professors, i would say at least one would be need from work right?

yes, but any suggestions on going about getting recommendations from work? its difficult, cos ofcourse saying i want to do a masters would mean getting fired eventually..i could still get recommendations after that..but what if i dont get into the schools?

If the school is in your area, you could say you're going to night classes.Some employers would understand you taking the time out to go full time. If not, all you can do is quit.
