I know Mckinsey book "Valuation: Measuring and Managing the Value of Companies" It's a great book that introduce corporate pricing. Anyone could recommend other books? Like abnormal return model , free cash flow model or economic added model. I want more applicative and examples. spread sheet example is prefer. Thanks.

I personally like Aswath Damodaran's books and he has several published... check his website at http://pages.stern.nyu.edu/~adamodar/ as he provides everything he writes in there for free... it's a great resource really! There is also a spanish dude called Pablo Fernández who is quite good too. Many of the papers he writes are only in spanish tho... his SSRN page is pretty good (Link) as is Ignacio Velez-Pareja's one (Link)I think you have way too many to chew on for now... enjoy!
