Is there a catch? I mean both of them are obviouslt very very talanted, but there is also internal politics, etc. So, how? how?

On Mercurio's page it says:In October of 1998 he moved to Banca IMI where he was made the Head of the Financial Models groupwhich is a little misleading. He could have said "where later on he was made...".Also, aren't Banco IMI and Banco Intesa the same thing?
