Got an email to fill in a survey that included subjective questions and some other stuff...

Anybody know how far along they are in the process? When is the "superday" (if it hasn't happened yet)? How many phone rounds are there typically before a superday invite?I had one phone interview for the QSI a little more than a week ago but haven't heard back. In the meantime, I am sitting on an internship offer from a prop desk at a BB IB. I like the people there and am kind of tempted to just accept... Then again, QSI sounds like a pretty swell program. Feel free to post or PM with advice (esp. if you have experience with QSI)
