Liquid Capital - market maker entry tests

I interviewed there a while back. There were no tests. It took a while, but me and the founder (or co-founder, or whatever) finally concluded the following:1) we didn't understand each others' views on trading 2) we clarified that I don't want to be a market maker3) we clarified that I am interested in getting paidSo we decided to end our love affair and move on.This was some years ago. Now they have "tests?" For what?

I had an interesting email conversation with someone from there - I sent them my cv in response to a position advertised. my cv is fairly clear with a lot of trading and risk taking experience. so i get an email from them telling me that they were seeking "experienced market makers" and how they couldnt tell from my CV what I had done ! LOL.

These tests are pretty easy its just like the optiver and co tests; quick arithmetic, 'logic' based questions, pattern recognition etc. the name of the game is speed.

Are Liquid Capital a prop shop ? Would you recommend such a place for a (soon to be) fresh graduate ?
