SAEN Options

Does anyone have an opinion on SAEN Options in Amsterdam? I have an offer from them and was rather disappointed when I saw how much they are willing to pay . I was wondering how consistent they are in making money, what % of salary they pay as bonus, what is the average senior trading position pay?
