I thought everyone would be commenting this... or are we just staring in at the numbers and their potential meaning?

I say, a reduction of 8% is nothing. It dropped ~20% on 19 October 1987.Luckily my film royalties increased by 75% that year, so I was laughing, what?
I learned two things at drama school. First, that I couldn't act; second, that it didn't matter.

I say, I think you must be overpaying your TV licence if you pay out as much as I got from my royalties. I think you should complain to the BBC, what?
I learned two things at drama school. First, that I couldn't act; second, that it didn't matter.

this is a cryptic clue. The answer is INIQUITOUS. breakdown of the clue is One = I Northern Ireland = NI City = QUITO American = US and it means base.
