I didn't work there, but knew some people who did, and I once interviewed there a year ago. But:- market making, huge presence in HK equity derivatives market, its a low margin high frequency business, though there could be some prop desks these days- casual working environment (casual clothes, beers in the fridge)- age range 20-29, the managers in their late 30s- managers control the big books, usually the indices, and to start off the juniors will trade the less liquid stocks- IT sit amongst the traders, literally IT-trader-IT seating arrangements, really good feel of teamHope that helps
